The last one went down like this: Boston Area PriusChat Meetup

We can try to organize a little better this time. There were some locations suggested in that other thread, but it looks like ample parking is the key to a good location... I'm still thinking something like a state park: Beaver Brook Reservation is nice but doesn't have huge parking lots... Arnold Arboretum has the same trouble with the parking scene... What about Walden Pond? You do have to pay to park there though...

Sure! We should pick a date & a location!
I'm a newbie, but I've learned a lot already (esp. from this site!) and I'd love to meet other owners and share info/experience.

Who's interested???

I'm game. There are a lot of new owners in the area since last year it seems. We could meet at the same place as last year - Soldier's Field Road. If the weather is bad we would need an alternate location though. There was plenty of space for cars and I believe there were also restrooms. I can do either weekend day if I know ahead but Sundays work better. Now if only we could get Hobbit to give a driving clinic or a talk on the Stages of the Prius engine.............

Sorry not to have replied for so long. Sunday would be best for me too. IMO it would be better if those who attended the last get together(s) decided on location as they will have a better idea of location suitability (parking, services, ease of getting there, etc), although I do like the suggestion of meeting at Soldier's Field Road.

The Larz Anderson Auto Museum is there too, which I haven't yet visited. Theoretically, a bunch of people meeting up to talk about cars would be interested in a place like that.

There's a parking lot on Goddard Ave that gets kinda full on weekends... I don't know if there are other large public parking lots there. If someone knows better, shout out, or if someone wants to scout the location for parking, that might help too.

Larz Anderson sounds great.
March 23rd is not a good date though, as it's Easter Sunday. (We're tied up on the 30th too.)

P.S. don't forget to "Spring ahead" the clock in your Prius tonight!"
