Friends: 0 |  How come I cannot open attached files? I have tried many times to open files that are attached in various threads, only to find an automated pop-up window that says that the administrator has not allowed me to do this on this site. I have tried to contact the administrator on a number of occassions, but much to my avail, have not been successful. Is there anybody out there that that can provide me with some guidance on the matter?
