I'd imagine the dealer may have included the tint. These days, in barely inhabitable areas of the country (I live in Phoenix) dealers typically build tint into the price. At least that's how many of the dealerships work here. When I bought mine the question wasn't if I wanted tint or not, but "do you want limo on the back windows or just the standard".

They gave me the option of getting it done during the pre-delivery or come back at a later time... I came back the next day.

In most states, front side window tinting is illegal unless you have a note from your doctor.
