Burned Tire Buyer

I really appreciate Boo's #18 posting detailing instructions on how to check the tire date. I've just bought 4 Michelin Destiny tires, and confirmed that each tire was manufactured in 2008! I did consider taking that fraudulent tire dealership to small claims court. I can't stand the thought that other people are getting swindled. But I've started a new job and have to move on. Thanks for everyone's input on my situation. Rfruth is right. Buyer Beware (#14 posting).

we got new michelin primacy mxv4's today, they were made at the end of june. no problems with the 25% off, quick install, balanced right, i'm very happy. glad to put this whole mess behind me.
