Friends: 0 | Hi everyone. I'm going to be getting my '05 here pretty soon. I would have never thought I would own a Prius...not because I didn't want one, I just didn't think I'd have the money and the situation would present itself. So I'm getting a black '05 with 55,000 miles on it. The dealer checked it out and it's in great shape. I haven't even picked the car up yet, and my dad is already telling me that "Obama made (me) buy it." I guess welcome to the club, eh? |

Friends: 0 | Welcome Eric: When gas goes over $4 a gallon, your dad will probably be asking you if he can borrow your Prius. :-) |

Friends: 1 | Oh yeah.... I've been offered "O" bumper stickers by smart alecks that imply a prius means you must be a liberal who voted for Obama. To heck with politics, I vote for 50 MPG |

Friends: 0 | But fuel economy, as an aspect of energy policy, *is* political. Politics is more than who runs for President. |
