I have only used B once. It was on an uphill climb on I84. The Pri seems to do well enough on the uphill and downhills without, at least around here. It might be different going up o down Whiteface by Lake Placid, though you Sierra, Cascade or Rocky Mtn folks probbaly would laugh at these baby 'hills' back east.

It's funny, but I never even seem to get a 2nd look or a smile from any Prius driver I see on the roads.

There are now 4 2004/2005 Prii in my parking lot at work here at Kodak in Rochester. There are 2 Driftwood Pearl and 2 Silver. This is one of many Kodak parking lots, so I expect that there are maybe 15 or 16 Prii gracing Kodak lots here. Maybe I'll start a Kodak subchapter of the Upstate New York Prius Users Group.
By the way, I got mine March 2nd and am now passing 10,000 miles. Mileage in March was mid 40s. Now, in late June, I'm getting mid 50s. I live in Bloomfield, so my commute is about 30 miles one way. My wife also loves the car and uses it instead of her Explorer at every opportunity (which is why the mileage is adding up so quickly). So far, no problems at all with the car, and I expect none up to 250K just like my 88 Camry.

There was a group of Prii at the world famous Ithaca Festival last year, I'll see if I can dig up a photo. That's in addition to the very popular volvo ballet.

Nice, I'm still into and have the same on my second tank in North Boston, NY - I'll fill uptoday. I'm about 25 miles south of Buffalo and ices, snow and zero temps all played a factor. I do a 23 mile each loop almost daily. Hills and 8" deep snow have not been a factor, but I am getting a spare set of dedicated winter tires for her next season.

Love the Ithaca festival.
