Synchronicity in Houston

We ordered an 05/06 Prius with Nav in October from two Dealers in Houston. This past week, both called with the same car. A Driftwood Package 8. We really wanted a Silver 7, but we thought this was the best we could do.

We picked the dealer we were going to buy from and came to Houston from our home elsewhere in this fine state and found the car had not yet arrived from the distributor. ARGHHHH!!!!!

So on a whim, we called to all the other Toyota Dealers in Houston. Within 15 minutes we had found in stock a Silver 7! We went and picked it up within the afternoon. Turns out several dealers had cars in stock with no orders. So do your homework, these long term orders may not be necessary everywhere!

So the times they are a-changing!!
