No worries! I ordered just as the 2008 allocations were being made, so I missed the big rush.

I'm glad your wait was short. I don't wish anyone a long wait. :-)

Looking forward to seeing pictures. We should be accepting delivery on around the same day!

That's fantastic, Mab! I hadn't noticed that our dates were so close together...though ours may be pushed back by a couple of days. <_< We're now being told it could be the 27th until we drive it home.

Well, it seems that the 10-day wait was, in fact, too good to be true.

Our dealer is now telling us that it "should" be in Calgary "around" the 5th of December. <_<

I echo Tideland's sentiments. I'm still waiting patiently for mine that was "supposed" to arrive here on Monday. We can be brothers in arms. LOL.

So what are you doing to tide yourself over in the meantime?

Honestly? I'm wishing upon stars and any other ridiculously superstitious item that I'll get "that phone call" soon, trolling these forums, watching as many videos and downloading as many pictures as is humanly possible...which, now that I really think about it, seems more like a form of sadism since the anticipation is killing me! On the bright side, I should be well versed in Prius terminology, grill blocking and tire buying by the time we actually get it.

Sorry to hear that you're getting the same schtick, Mab. I feel your pain.

lol.. at least you have more things to read up on than I did.

I have an 04 Prius manual if you want to get a head start. A few things may be different (can't think of anything off the top of my head) but it should be more or less the same.

And I have a few other Prius reading/watching material if you want. Just drop me a PM!
