Dodge Charger Hybrid Ad

In the new issue of Car and Driver (hubby's a big C/D fan) there's an ad for a 'Charger Hybrid.'

"The Charger Hybrid- it burns gas and rubber.
Charger Unleashed- 340 horses of HEMI power-390 lb-ft of torque-All speed traction control-Electronic Stability Program-5-Speed AutoStick transmission-Visit dodge.com"

At the website there is no mention of actual hybrids. But I did see a neat little line of electric cars made by GM.

Sarcastic bastards over at Dodge advertising...

Dodge just doesn't get it. I fear they are so far behind the fuel economy game, it appears that just using the word hybrid in their ads is all they can muster. Sad, really.

Maybe they mean it literally.

One intake for gas; one large furnace hole to shovel old tires into.

I picture a sort of GM Road Warrior vehicle, tacked together and spewing out black smoke and sparks behind it.
