Most of the numbers for October are adjusted for the number of sales days relative to last year, but some aren't. The differences aren't big. Cars Nissan Down 11.9% GM Down 10.6% Hyundai Down 9.7% Ford down 3.7% Honda Up 7% Toyota Up 12.6% BMW Up 13% DC Up 37% Trucks BMW Down 40% GM Down 30.3% Ford Down 30% (F-Series Down 32%) Nissan Down 14.9% DC Down 9.5% Toyota Down 4% Honda Flat Overall October Ford Down 23% GM Down 22.7% Porsche Down 14% Nissan Down 13.3% Hyundai down 7.7% DC Flat (Both D and C each flat) BMW Flat Honda Up 4% Toyota Up 5.2% Overall Year to Date Ford Down 3% GM Down 2.7% Honda Up 6% DC Up 6.9% Hyundai Up 8.4% Toyota Up 10.7% Nissan Up 12.5% Stock Prices GM shares down 35 cents to $27.05 Ford shares down 10 cents to $8.22 DaimlerChrysler's U.S. shares down 76 cents to $49.29 Nissan's U.S. shares down 18 cents to $20.77 Toyota's U.S. shares up 41 cents to $93.22 |
