I can't believe they left these vehicles out of the article. These are the perfect vehicles for the single-child family looking to down-size.

I highly suspect that the upcoming LA Auto Show (in Jan) will have tons of these Godzillas on display.

Well it sure isn't me. :-) The largest thing I ever owned was my '95 Odyssey, build on an Accord base.

Nissan Pathfinder Armada You know, just the name suggests a poor future. ;-)

I'm very happy with my big ass full size GM SUV. It gets 10MPG when towing a 40 foot camper. I love it, I can go anywhere with it. I could give two Sh**s about the environment, I'll be dead before its totally wasted.
