Yup, that's been making me look back and forth at the pics for quite a while now... I keep trying to tell myself its the angle not letting me see the top go back properly but it just doesn't seem right.

Looks like the hole for the tow hook is on the passenger side now.

Based on the larger headlight image, I bet the image with the swept back headlight is a 3D model. I say that because you can not see the square cap on the bumper in the first image. If you look on Toyota's website, the 360 degree view does not show the current cap on the '09 bumper as well.

And that image (the one with the swept back headlight) is better quality as well. Here's hoping bossdowner may havesome more pics to share if it is from a 3d rendering maybe he's got the whole thing, all 360 degrees of it.

The headlamp in the front corner detail shot is very distorted-- Look at where the hood/fender joint line is going. It was taken with a wide-angle lens.

That's why it looked different than the full car shot I think.

I've done plenty of work with wide-angle lens and that's what jumped out at me.

i'll post here what i did on the photoalbum.............from the looks of it, if this is the real Gen III, i still like the looks on my Gen II. <it's not word by word, but the same point>

I see what I missed while watching the last presidential debate.

Things that I noticed:
- "B" gear is gone
- MPH on the instrumental cluster is probably for cruise control
- The hood is longer most likely due to 1.8L ICE
- Those are 17" rims
- Under-body looks pretty clean and more aerodynamic

Some Question:
- Are those projection headlights?
- What is the purpose of those bumps under the headlight?
- Is that 110V plug next to the cig lighter?

I was wondering that too and 'think' the headlights are projector beam now and the high beams are the bigger reflector on the inside near the grill.

I asked my friend that, could they be those pop out things that shoot washer fluid onto the lights?

I hope it is (110V outlet), heck, my dads old matrix from like 02' had one in it... It's nice just for convienence...
