I have an early 2005, and have had the SSC50P Electronic Control Module Reprogramming done.
Funny thing, after my car is warmed-up, the gas motor still stalls every time I come to a stop.

(I wonder how many people thought a normal shutdown of the ICE was a “stall.”

)

But seriously, never experienced a stall.

Our 05, 19K miles, no problems.
It was May 05 production, I believe the recall went through the Feb 05 production. Still, one software bug with the amount of software in this car? That's rather incredible in itself, compare that to the average Microsoft product!

My wife loves her Prius and we would definitely get another.
We have a Corvette on order and will pick it up at the National Corvette Museum next month.

Our selections had nothing to do with Consumer Reports.
