"Green EZPass" approved in NY

A co-worker just informed me that that starting on April 1, you will be able to get a "Green Pass" which will give you 10% off of your EZ Pass bill.

Yes!!!

Yet another reduction in the total cost of owning a Prius. The cost or should I say saving in owning a hybrid car makes more sense everyday....

I am interested in finding out more info on the patent number/s given for the Prius? Is the vehicle, Synergy Drive System or components including the Nickel-Metal Hydride (Ni-MH) batteries patented?

Would appreciate any info you can give.

How can we get our states to do the same?
