I know that Mr, Jim Press is an established fabulous leader. He helped clean up Toyota's dealers attitude. Toyota dealers were where Honda dealers are right now. Arrogant. lack of care towards buying consumers. Under Mr, Press guidance, Toyota dealers body became more customer satisfaction focused than just seeking profit per vehicle sold.

However, to jump off a Luxury liner called, Toyota-maru and goes to Chrysler-maru, is very audacious in his part. Perhaps his self determination and challenge seeking spirit + HUGE Hundread of Millions package in compensation made his decision.
