Oh I'm sure Toyota will come out with things. Just look at the Gen 2 vs. Gen 1. It didn't have much competition but what did Toyota come up with? - it improved the gun-grip type shifter with a joystick control unit - gave us a push-button start - gave us SKS - bluetooth - the latest navigation with a larger 7" screen (old one was 6.5") - reverse camera (on Japanese models for 2004/05) - Intelligent Parking Assist (Japan 2004, Euro 2006) One can only imagine what will be on the new Prius. | |

Most times when something gets "hot" the competition is nothing more than a low quality copy of the original. |

My Car: Other Non-Hybrid Package: Nominated 0 Times in 0 Posts TOTM Awards: 0 Friends: 0 | With all of the GM bashing out there... why not Chrysler bashing. They have not sold any hybrids to the general public (though they have leased, hand picked some customers a few). GM is way ahead of Chrysler in fuel economy and hybrids. Chrysler is not even intending to bring out any hybrids other then trucks, GM is doing midsized cars at least. |
