Friends: 0 | add to the fact that ford is about to take the #2 spot in hybrid sales from honda. I guess ford's new things are really taking off. The ford models are much more expensive than any honda hybrid.... so I guess all the "I bought an insight because they are soo cheap and great" attitude is not shared by the non-forum world. Friends: 23 | I have test driven the Camry and the Fusion. I liked them both in terms of comfort and drive. But I liked the dashboard of the Fusion better: nicer appointments, LCD screen is friggin' sweet, and the hybrid read-outs were easier to understand. Additionally, as I've noted before, I was able to hypermile that baby much higher than I could the Camry. Toyota's doing well on the hybrids and there's no reason to think that will change. So I agree with paprius: good for them. |

Friends: 1 | Frankly, I'm not surprised the Fusion Hybrid is selling so well. It's essentially a Prius on steroids, using the same kind of Power Split Device drivetrain that has served our Prii so well. Kudos to Ford for recognizing a good thing when they see it. |

Friends: 0 | Ford could sell a lot more of them if they could bring the price down. The Fusion really is a nice car, and the Hybrid is sweet. It fits the bill perfectly for those that the Prius is just too small for. One of the sales guys here has a new Gen III that I checked out, I like it better than the Gen II, I really like how they moved the MFD readout to the dash out in front so you don't have to take your eyes off the road to see it, Good Job Toyota! The car though, still a bit too small for our use, but if we ever have to have an additional commuter car, I will definitely be looking at the Gen III. |

Friends: 59 | I bet they will have highly satisfied owners as well. It is not the look but what's under the hood that matters. |
