Friends: 3 | "Total hybrid sales up 11.4 %" I would like to see a greater increase, but 11.4% is certainly a good sign. Hybrids are only 3% of total vehicle sales? I'm sure that number will be quite different at this same time next year. I've been seeing A LOT more hybrids on the roads lately. More and more people are buying hybrids over traditional ICE vehicles. Last edited by Rybold; 11-06-2009 at 06:17 AM. |

Friends: 23 | There are some who look at the glass and say that it's 97.1% empty. I choose to say that it's 2.9% full. |

Friends: 8 | FYI, In Japan, the hybrid share was 18.4% in August and 16.2% in September 2009. Prius is keeping the top selling position since June. Ken@Japan |

We're supply constrained. That number would be bigger if we could get more cars. Working on it. Doug Coleman Prius Product Manager Toyota Motor Sales, USA | |
