Default Installation of invisible bra

I found the invisible bra in EBay at $150.00, and the seller replied my question that it can be installed by non-experts. Do you think that two handy persons install it with no trouble?

If so, I can save a couple of handred dollars by doing myself with a friend's help. If it is better to be installed by experts, could you recommend good installers in Washington DC area and the price ranges?

Although there have been one or two posters here that said that they did it with some practice, I have done it in the past and now I only pay professional installers to do it (and did pay a professional to do my Prius last year). Its just a major pain to wet, stretch and get straight at the same time. if you can get some practice pieces large enough to cover the front end, you'll see what I mean.

Yes, two people can install it. It is not an easy job. I linstalled mine by myself but in the future will leave it to professionals.

If you do it yourself it helps to start with some of the smaller pieces before tackling the hood or bumper.

I paid a local installer to put the 3M stuff on my Prius, and he told me that because of the complex curves on the hood it was one of the more difficult installations he has done. I think I am glad I didn't try to do it myself. It takes a practiced touch get just the right stretch around the curvey bits.

I bought that too. And paid an installer.

I suggest you pay a professional installer.

The guy will tell you it's easy enough to install until after you buy it, then suggest you might want to have a professional do it. It is a two person job.

If you have a black Prius you especially want a professional to install it. Black is the hardest to retain the "invisible" look. Also, you need a shady, cool, dust-free working area.

That doesn't mean you should go for it.

I still save a few hundred buying it on eBay and then paying an installer.

Make sure you've got the bumper, hood (and covers half the hood, not just a strip on the front) with cutout for ornament, fenders and mirror backs. You can also get a thicker film for over the headlights, which I did.

I am very happy with it and would do it again. So far, no chips.

Did it myself. The hood went on fine, the bumper was a PIA. 20/20 hindsight says use an installer. At least if they screw it up they have to fix it on their nickel.

Wherever it would be appropriate to wear an invisible bra, might as well NOT wear a bra.

Hope my wife never reads this, but an invisible bra might be nice...you know after having two kids, things are looking a bit on the saggy side. I expect it would almost be like a boob job but cheaper, non-permanent, and without surgery.
...and before I get blasted on this, just let me say I am not talking about this seriously at all! It's just a funny topic. Cheers!
