Owners Manual Folder??

Did any of you receive some sort of folder to hold all of the Owners Maunals and paperwork at delivery? I tried to make this a Poll but couldn't figure out how to enter each choice.

If you know how to turn this into a poll I would really just like to know:

1. Yes - received a Toyota folder.
2. Yes - but not sure it is from Toyota.
3. No - didn't get anything to hold all the books.


We did not receive any sort of folder for all the books. This has happened to us only once before at a VW dealer and when I pressed he explained that the dealership has to buy them to give to their customers and his dealer decided not to buy them.

What did you get?

Ah, so they made you pay for it! Did you buy it from your dealer?

No, my dealer didn't know such a thing exists. I found it online accidently

Mine came with one. Black leather, with a small metal toyota symbol shaped like the HSD symbol. magnetic closure too.

Mine was a small black folder the same page size as the manual but not thick enough to hold everything. It holds the general manual and the Nav system manual OK so I keep it in the lower glove box but I keep all the other papers in my office.
This folder is almost identical to the one I got with a VW car I bought a few years ago.

Wow. Much nicer than what we got. We got a cheap vinyl one that had the dealer's insignia on it.

I received a leather binder to hold my manuals and papers and business cards when I took delivery on my 2006 Prius. I don't know if this was included because of where I bought the car or because of the package NW8 on the car.

got a vinyl one and a very nice pen and an insulated coffee mug.

I got a gray plastic folder with slots for business cards with no insignia at all. No mugs or anything like that.

I was surprised not to see some kind of warranty card; my Jetta came with one. The dealership didn't really make much of a pitch for their service department. I think they know that people are shopping around for the best price and will then use the dealer that is closest for the post-sale service. Which in my case is a bad assumption to make as they are located only a couple of miles from where I work.
