Do I have to file Tax Forms for a 2006 now?

I picked up my new Prius last night. The dealer said to remember to file forms for the 2006 right away. She said I might not get the credit without it. I didn't know I had to do this. Do I have to file any forms this year? I cannot find informaiton saying that anywhere. Toyota's site just says that I should keep all of my "documentation." Thanks!

No. Your dealer is uninformed.
It will be on your 2006 return.

Depending on where you live or work, you may be eligible for other incentives.
