I don't see it because I have Priushoods glove box covers and the plug up the cracks around the glove box enough so I don't see the light. I really like them BTW. I do wish there was a light in the center console. |

Actually, DanMan has indicated that the wiring schematics indicate a detector switch that would kill the light when the door is closed. Alas, that switch is not physically there and the light stays on forever much like your refridgerator light. Go figure. |
