so i just got off the phone with the dmv, and i got a nice lady who will be sending me the hov stickers in about a week. she was nice so we were joking around a bit and i was like '4 stickers?!, it's gonna make the car ugly!' to which she said 'you said you have the toyota prius right?, well then it's already ugly!' all in good humor. i had a good laugh with her about it and i thought i would share it here. a pretty good dmv experience i must say.

Old News

I was excited - on Feb 24. I have had the stickers on since March 6. Yes, they are ugly, but I save 30 minutes a day on the LIE and get a much smoother ride. Can't wait to get a second Prius, but my Tercel just won't die.

Yeah...there is a guy on the boards that already got his and he says they aren't bad looking. I drive the LIE everyday.

I just hate putting stickers on my cars.

I live on Long Island too, but I hate stickers and I never use the LIE during rush hour. Maybe I can figure a way to put them on magnetically if I ever have to venture on the LIE during those times.
