Another prius survey?

I got emailed a survey for the "technology in hybrid vehicles", but it's from a Janice, using a hotmail acount.

What do you think? sound legit? or should I delete it without going there? It came to the account that I used for Toyota and for the two Prius forums/clubs I am in.
