The dealer had added dvd headrest system to the car. Car looks real sharp. I was waiting for service on my 06 and saw this car come in, fell in love with the color and made a deal. A week later I traded in my wife's '05 salsa red for an '09 Camry hybrid magnetic gray, fully loaded with leather, navi, and sunroof. The salesman here loves me now, but I told him I'm good for hopefully 5+ years now. So we are no longer a 2 prius family, but are still a 2 hybrid family with 2 new cars

How the heck are you getting that gas mileage? I thought I was doing well in the mid 40's, but always attributed my lower mpg to running the ac all the time. |

I get 50.3 usually but have seen 53 when I was driving like it. Im usually on I-4 so 45-55 mph isnt possible. The little car is capable of a lot more! |

As far as two Prius family, I wish we were a 2 Prius Family. Not because of gas mileage though, but because my wife's VW Beetle 1.8T is a POS. I am so sick of working on that car with a minor problem one month and a major the next. At least the positive side of me is thankful that since I like to dig in and do a lot of my own car work that I have had the opportunity to learn a lot about VW 1.8t engines.

We average 50 MPG or so @ 70 MPH on the highway & use the cruise control both in town and on the hwy. I think the cruise is a big help. Do you use the cruise control often?
