Plastic Wheel Rings

Newbie Q, how do you take the plastci wheel rings off? Can you then put them back on without damage. the car looks great without them, custom wheel look!

You can see pictures of the removal at http://darelldd.com/ev/prius.htm Click on the "Mods" link (and scroll down to 02.15.06) to find them.

They're quite easy to remove. Just put both hands (on opposite sides) and give a pull. Easy to put back on as well.
