Okay,
Now I'm more than a little concerned about the window tint and GPS.
Where is the GPS located and why should I be concered with the tint?
I'm going to use the Llumar brand tint and have no idea other than it's dark enough and the shop is going to charge what seems to be the going rate - $200 for all 7 windows.
I've heard of metal type tints but how do I know what is being used and if it will interfere with the GPS?
HELP!
1.5 hours and counting down to installation!
Thanks,

Isn't the GPS antenna on the outside of the vehicle?

I just was reading - out of slight panic - that the GPS is located inside under the dash. From what I'm getting is the tint will not interfere with the GPS.
I called the mfgr - Llumar to discuss- if in doubt use ceramic or dyed tint.

I just had mine done about a week ago with Llumar Platinum Plus (Highest metal content).
No problems with NAV.

Whew, thanks.
I'm leaving in 5 minutes to get it done.
It seems the metal won't harm the GPS.
Let cha know later when I get it back.
Thanks for all your help.
