Thanks guys for the comments, I want to do the steering wheels too but I guess they are not selling one for the steering wheel, I am pretty much happy with it right now so far everyone who see it in actual really like it. The color of this is japanese cherry red which I think will look good on Barcelona red prius too...I don not think this will lower down the resale value because its easy to take it off if you don not want it. Its just peel and stick. I haven't seen carbon fiber for the prius. I really want to come to your meet on saturday but we are here in california.

In beautiful North Texas (Dallas) we have had 30 days of 100º+ temperatures so far this summer. I would be apprehensive about the "stick-on" turning loose and peeling off. What a mess that would be.

you may also be able to order pieces individually through your dealer's parts department- that way you don't have to buy a whole kit, just the parts you want. at least, we can down here.

I dont think its fair to judge other peoples taste. As long as you like it, enjoy ! It might impact re-sale value though.

That would be good, if they made it for the ledge of the door by the window. Maybe not the wood trim, but the carbon fiber look. That should stand up better if you're in the habit of driving with the window down and your elbow resting on the ledge.

Although I think it looks nice, it won't be anything I'll add to my Prius when she arrives. However, the carbon fiber set might be cool (read: high-tech) if not overdone...

I think the wood trim kits can look nice and are probably better on a tan interior than grey. However, they seem to come only in high gloss. Given that there are times when I wish the parts they are covering didn't reflect so much, I'm not likely to add them. Now if they come out with a satin, I might think about it. Thanks for posting the pics.

Not my thing either, but I'm glad it works for you. Taste is very personal.

Too bad they don't have wooden floor mats. A friend in college had wooden bumpers on his car. It looked great.

is there some kind of promotor or glue activator to set this trim
when you apply the trim does it damage the plastic.that your covering?
what are your steps for applying the wood trim
there are so many companies out there your head spins once you start looking
I think your car looks great and if someone doesn't care for it so be it .
they don't have to drive with ya thanks
