My Car: 2004 Prius Package: #9 Nominated 0 Times in 0 Posts TOTM Awards: 0 Friends: 0 | If you're referring to the "300 ft" that appears on the map, that is just a bar scale for the current map setting. Press the "+" button to zoom in closer or the "-" button to zoom out. |

My Car: 2004 Prius Package: #6 Nominated 0 Times in 0 Posts TOTM Awards: 0 Friends: 0 | My Garmin Street Pilot automatically changes scale depending on the distance to the next turn. I can override that with the + and - buttons. You may have a setting option to turn automatic scaling on and off. |
