Lug Nut info please

I need to know if the Prius uses Ball, Cone or Bulge Seat lug nuts. I also need to know if the pitch is 12x1.5 or 14x1.5

As long as we're on the subject, I need some answers, too. I'm pretty ignorant about cars and bought a 2006 package 5 about 2 months ago. While I was looking in the glove compartment trying to find valet parking cards, I found a form to mail in for my warranty on my 'locking lug nuts' (if I remember correctly). What are 'locking lug nuts' and what do I need to know about them? Is this something standard in my package or is it something the dealer added?

12x1.5 flat with a washer but with out pulling one and measuring the shank that's the best I can offer.
