Hi All

Here is a site where you can do an estimate on your fed tax liability for 2006, consider the AMT, & to see if you do receive the full benefit of the $3,150 tax credit.
Being retired, it looks like a winner for us !

try this... it looks like you copied the text from your post in the other thread, not the actual hyperlink, so you lost some of it in the middle. Tax Estimator

I see a 2005 estimator link on that page, is there one for 2006?

click on the one for 2005, once you get into the estimator, there's a drop down box that lets you select 2005 or 2006.
