VAIS SoundLinQ vs. Dension DICE

After giving up on the possibiliy of the CoastalTech iPod interface ever coming out, I was about to buy the Dension DICE, except it seems VAIS has come out with the SoundLinQ. What struck me was a claim of the control of 999 songs per playlist. It is a bit more than 2X the cost of the DICE.

Does anyone have any opinions or experience of what the pro's and con's are of the VAIS SoundLinQ versus the Dension DICE?

There are many different oppinions on the two... try a search in the Audio forum to see what people 9who have them) think. Also, for the record, the Vais unit is now called the SLI, not SoundLinq (that was for a rpevios version of the same product).

For me, at least, the biggest difference between the two is 2006 compatibility... Vais is 2006 compatible, while Dice isn't yet.
