My Car: Package: Nominated 0 Times in 0 Posts TOTM Awards: 0 Friends: 0 | With the advent of the first real snowfall along the Colorado frontrange, and good cold temperatures, this morning with my new 2007 Prius TE, I thought I would see the snowflake icon on the dashboard indicating below freezing temps. To my surprise it was not there! When I got to work I checked the manual and did not see a snowflake icon in the master list of dashboard indicators. When did Toyota remove it? Joe |

My other car has a dashboard indication of outside temps and it really came in handy earlier this month when i was driving back from Phoenix. I hit a patch of ice and had to gather up the car from a slide. Had I not known about the temps hovering near freezing, I may have been much more relaxed and crashed. Snowflake is OK with me. |
