Letter from DMV: Your HOV Stickers have been delayed

Here's the letter I got from the DMV telling me that my HOV (carpool lane) stickers will be sent out in the next 10,000, so at least they let you know:

Thanks for sharing the letter. Can you please let us know when did you sent out your HOV application to the DMV? Have they cashed out your check yet? I sent out mine on Nov 24, 2006 but so far have not seen my check cashed out yet.
