I was just wondering what should be the optimum speed for driving on the freeway to get the best gas mileage... I was running about 47-50 cruising at 64-65 mph........ Also any tips to get the best city mileage... ?

Yeh. But how many other cars can get 30 mpg at 100 mph?

Of course, I'd never drive mine that fast. But even at 65 mph, what could match the mileage.

My other car gets fantastic mpg at very high speeds. A nice v6 with lots of low end power and good gearing.

Horrible mpg in the city however.
