Recall??

Saw this in the Orlando Sentinel today under car recalls

Toyota
"The automaker is recalling 13,132 2004 Prius hybrid cars to repair a seal that could allow water into the engine compartment during carwashes".

Haven't seen anything anywhere else. Went to cars.com and they had
no information either. Has anyone received a notice?

Interesting, no, hadn't seen that at all. I'm signed up to get all Toyota Press releases and that hasn't come out so I don't know where the Sentinal got that info.

Do you have a link to the story or can you call the writer to ask for his source?

Was not online,but in the paper under recalls which they list every week
in the car section of the paper. It says for more recalls go to cars.com
which I did and nothing came up for recalls there. The address for the
automotive editor for the Orlando Sentinel is Steven Cole Smith.
