Is there an Atlanta or Georgia Prius Group

Not that I know of.

I'm starting to see more of them in my area though. About a month ago I saw one that had a fancy custom paint job, white with a shape kind of like a panda on it.

There are at least two other Prius drivers that work at the same building I do. The charcoal Prius shows up pretty much every day. I see the red one once in a blue moon. (Sorry, couldn't resist that one.) Both second gen. models.

It's always fun when I see another Prius around. Of course, I felt that way about my previous car (Paseo), too. Strangers with something in common.

I live in the Midtown area, and I am seeing many of them. A red and a seaside pearl visits on my street. I also see 2 silver pine driving in the neigborhood.

I have seen several silver around town, but not many black ones.

I think it is the perfect commuter car in Atlanta, if you learn to drive it properly.

I was in Atlanta yesterday at a Scion Backstage event...I'm really in Atlanta quite a lot, even though I live an hour away. Lets do this thing.

I live in Lilburn right next to Atlanta and would have no problem with this. Just yesterday I saw no less than 6 different Prii at Discover Mills. BTW, did I mention that that was only on the first and second level of the parking garage, and half of each level at that. For the first time I actually found someone else with a pre-2004 model like me.

I'm seeing more and more Prii in Atlanta or maybe I just spot them more since I've gotten mine. Prius is the perfect car in Atlanta.

Lets see if we can get an Atlanta Prius Group together. At least we could share local dealership and service knowledge, along with aftermarket purchases, etc.

Ok, has the Atlanta or Georgia Prius club been formed yet? I don't see GA listed in the club section?.. anyway, I'm in Berkeley Lake and my neighbor is purchasing a Prius in May and we're both computer active. There's a number of Prius owners in this area whom I've bumped into and chatted a minute or three with and we all generally posess the same mentality about Toyota hybrids, believing that many more would buy Toyota Hybrids but are brain washed into thinking hybrids either run on "that corn mash" and are slow and require plugging in.

Anyway, I did a "georgia" search and found nothing meaningful but this one topic regarding Atlanta area Prus club.. I'd like to throw my name in the hat.. wadda idew?
