PriusChat's new server

If you're reading this, that means your ISP has updated their DNS servers and you are looking at PriusChat on the new server. Now it's time to squash all of the bugs that are the inconvenient yet unavoidable part of a server migration.

Here's my list so far - please reply with whatever items you find wrong:

<strike>mod_rewrite not working - causing friendly urls (like forums.html) to not work</strike>
<strike>Avatars are missing & other uploaded files</strike>
<strike>PC Shop is down with database connection error</strike>
<strike>PC Shop is down with broken images and busted checkout process. (If you want to order something, please email Shop@priuschat.com with what you want and we'll send you a Google Checkout invoice, or a PayPal invoice)</strike>

Along with the missing avatar, I couldn't upload a new one.

a definite step up here Danny, thanks! And here it was i was about to offer my assistance in performance tuning the site (which is about all i do here at work...)

Attached images in messages don't appear (at least for me)

I can see my own avatar, but nobody else's. Can anyone else see mine?

Tried to upload an image with this post, but got the following nastygram:

THE FOLLOWING ERROR(S) WERE FOUND
The requested file upload failed because suitable permissions have not been enabled on the 'uploads' directory. Please contact the board administrator and inform them of this error.

Another report of missing Avatars. Will they be restored or do we need to re-load individually?

Just got the old:

Sorry, the board administrator has enabled search flood control. Please wait at least 20 seconds before trying again.

Are we still having bandwidth problems, or was this a result of bug-fixing activity?
