We are thinking of Prius for our vacation home. It would have to sit in the garage for maybe 4 weeks sometimes while we are away.
Would that creat any problems battery or otherwise?
Thanks!!

Shouldn't be a problem with a good 12V battery. If you want to be safe, turn off the SKS by pushing the button under the steering wheel.

Definitely turn off the SKS. Leaving it on for four weeks would be pushing it.

Maybe you could use either a charger designed for long storage charging or add a solar panel charger that'll do the same thing.

Well, mine was supposedly left sitting in a garage for 2 years, and it's still working like a charm.

Gotta say, don't know what you do for a living, but I'd be looking for a $5000 used compact if I needed a car at my vacation home. A $25-30k Prius sitting, unused, more than it's used...hard to justify on a 2 physician household budget.
