The standard policy is Toyota dealers will NOT install OEM Nav after sale, likely because it requires considerable extra parts and is just cost prohibitive, mostly from labour on top of the already expensive components required. A better bet would be to invest in a good portable unit, or if built-in is that important to you, sell the car and buy another Prius with that package. It'll likely be cheaper that trying to get it installed after the fact...
