Picking up our 2008 Prius today!!

We are picking up our 2008 Prius (Seaside Pearl, Package 2) today. Anything in particular I need to be aware of when at the Dealership? Any specific questions I need to ask or information I need to get from them? I have already declined the Environmental Package and (at least for now) the Extended Warranty.

Some questions that have just come to mind:

1) What tire pressure did they set?

2) How much oil did they put in the vehicle?

3) Has the car been checked for alignment?

Let me know if these don't make sense - or if there are other questions I should be asking. Thanks!

Consider reviewing and taking with you the delivery checklist (still valid for 2008 except for valet cards):

If you are comfortable checking the oil yourself, do so. If not, they should be willing to show you the oil level. As much as 1/4" above the upper dot is OK on delivery, but after future oil changes it should not be above the dot.

A great deal more can be (and has been!) written about tire pressures and oil level :_> If you're interested use the search function or ask again.

If it's not too late you might do everyone a favor and ask them to check the alignment *before* you go to get the car. The alignment is sometimes a bit off after shipping the car.

I also live in Michigan (East Lansing) and am hoping to buy a Seaside Pearl Package 2 in the next few months. Which dealer(s) would you recommend?
