Just to clarify, I was NOT offering my Prius for sale. I was just stating what I paid for it and the mileage when I bought it.

You are making the right choice by going for the '06. It's practically a new car, without the new car price. BUT, because you live in the south, run a carfax and have someone you trust inspect the car. There's no shortage of flood cars down there. (Even though the '06 models weren't as affected, it's still a good idea.)

Also I'll give you a heads up on some common courtesy guidelines for PriusChat (now new and improved).
-Watch the grammar and spelling. Most people could care less, but there is a vocal minority of grammar Gestapo. (I like to call them the American Heritage Party.)
-Don't go around calling someone a "pompous incorrect jerk". Just call them incorrect, patsparks has obviously never been to the south and doesn't know that "yall" is a fact of life. (I lived in FL and SC, so I would never call someone out for using yall.)

And because I feel the need to brag about my school, here we go. Celebration High School was ranked 317th out of 436 FL public high schools. That's right, 317th in FLORIDA
