Yuck in deed. Mice and maggots, too dirty while sober. That's what's great about two-buck-chuck. For mice, it comes in a single serving container

Yes, most definitely. But you're gonna need a cat.

Dang, don'cha hate it when there's parts left over? The top end of the thingy in the picture is what hooks on the glove box, no tools required. I would have left the other end (the bottom in your picture, with two holes) attached to the car, myself, but you didn't know that. Isn't learning from experience fun? If it's any consolation, cyber, I still like bicycles better, too.

Snap barrel part to car, install glove box and let hang on hinges, extend arm from barrel and raise glove box to meet arm and snap on glove box. Extending the arm is the easiest way to reassemble.

I'd be more than glad to let hubby do it, but he's still mad about my telling him never to touch the car again after he smacked a big dent in it at 400 miles. Not sexist, smart, if he's dumb enough to go after the mice,,,

Now I have to deal with trying to get the nut shells and nest remains out of the bottom of the fan box "thingy" There seems no easy way without cutting away some of the plastic grilling.

OMG - Don't tell me you REMOVED the mice. Whey do you think the Prius is called a hybrid. The mice are integral to the mouse-drive regeneration unit (MDRU). That's not a cabin air filter - that was the hybrid mouse box savings unit. You've been had by other's on this board by encouraging you to remove one of the most important features of the car! Now you're really gonna have problems and your mileage will be significantly reduced. You also probably voided the warranty by removing the mice.

You mean I will no longer get freshly shredded foam and scrap paper pieces blowing out of the vents to refresh me while driving. What ever did I do!!

The Prius is full of computers, it has been my experience that computers attract mice. I have a mouse right here beside my keyboard right now in fact!!
