Free Energy for Prius Cars

What if you were born in Denver (or were sent there for a business trip paid for entirely by your company), and bought the Prius in Denver? I somehow doubt they charge a "Denver Surcharge" to cover the price of getting the car to Denver... Then again these days anythings possible...
