My Car: 2007 Prius Package: #5 Nominated 0 Times in 0 Posts TOTM Awards: 0 Friends: 0 | Yesterday I unintentionally drove over a curb onto the road. When the rear wheels hit the road, kinda hard, a loud beeping started inside the car that continued for at least 30 seconds. No warning lights came on. It sounded like the car was about to explode! Then the beeping stopped and everything was back to normal and has been since. Any ideas? |

Did you have anything in the passenger seat that may have gone airborne when you hit the bump and then suddenly dropped into the seat with force, triggering the sensor as if someone had just sat down in it? There would have been the flashing passenger seat belt warning light along with the beeping, but it's far over to the right so you may not have noticed it. |
