Default Texas Hybrid Designated Privileged Parking

I don't have to be handicapped , or pregnant, or have small children, or be employee of the month, to get a privileged parking spot. My (well, my wife's) Prius has privileged, signed, up front parking now at Office Depot in Austin and Ikea in Round Rock. Whooo hoooo!!!!

Another reason for gas guzzlers to hate the Prius.

Probably just as enforcible as the "Mother to be" parking in front of grocery stores. Anybody can park there, as does my 83 yo mother.

I'd heard about this a while back but could never find the hybrid spot(s) here at Ikea Frisco. Of course, I can't find my keys half the time, either...
