Default Tire attachment

Was trying to describe a wheel attachment to a friend that I'd read about somewhere here in the forum. It was a clam shell arrangement that you can fit on your tire for ice gripping. I thought I'd bookmarked the info but can't find it nor by SEARCH. Anyone have the link?

The woman in the picture is attaching the things without gloves. Would it be that easy at zero degrees F?
