Normal PriusChat is back

Ok, the normal PriusChat look is back, and we are back on phpBB for now. I hope everyone got a little feel for how a different forum software might be this past weekend. It is something that I might look into changing to permanently in the future.

The database data is from 1/24/05 - if you registered or posted between then and today, that data is gone. I apologize, but please re-register and let's move on with the continued growth of PriusChat.

Thank you for all of the encouraging messages I received this weekend - it makes giving up a weekend to "work" worth it

IT'S BACK!!! WOO HOO! It seems faster than before, but not as fast as Invision.

What do you mean by Feb 20 - 23. Dose that mean your taking it down again? I didn't like that other forum. I think we're all used to this layout and everything just feels too different if we change.

I use to run a forum on phpBB software without problems. Changed to the IntegraMOD version and had nothing but problems with it, leading to the eventual corruption and loss of all data. The regular backups I made wouldnt restore either

I like the phpBB software, but I found IntegraMOD to be somewhat lacking. I am going to restart my forum again sometime (not Prius related btw), but will keep clear of IntegraMOD.

Shame as IntegraMOD has some nice features.

This is fine although noticeably slower than the other software. There were times before the crash that PriusChat was too slow to use. I have nothing against phpbb (I use it for a site I run), but on busier sites it seems to have problems and bogs down.
