Has anyone had contact with Coastale Tech lately?

Well I resent the letter yesterday like Dave suggested. I haven't received a confirmation yet but I will wait the 3 or so days.

I ordered an auto door lock several days ago, and asked for more information about the XM radio. I have not heard from them, even after I send them a working email address, since my hosting service just shut me down, because too many spammers were using my domains in their return email addresses.

I just checked my VISA account. Coastaltech just charged me for the auto door lock, but still no word.

it is possible that Coastal Tech might be considered as spam if they are not in your contacts list.

He may be taking a vacation - I talked to him last week, he was very helpful and I ended up ordering a EV mod online. Havn't heard from him, but my card hasn't been charged yet, so I suspect that he is just away.

I emailed an inquiry last week and got a response a few days later from "Kelley". It was a simple matter. They responded. I've never ordered anything from them (yet).

What's your greeting? I had "Hi Dave, " Should I have just written a simple "hi" then my letter without addressing to anyone specifically?

I ordered a bra and nav kit a month ago, and got an immediate email acknowledgement, and a question about shipping. I read here they are busy so I haven't followed up. I'm not worried (yet). I'd rather they not rush the work!
