Has anyone had contact with Coastale Tech lately? I have been trying to get in touch with them to ask about the Viewtech, but my emails have gone unanswered and the phone number just rings.

Not I. I sent a pre-order for the Navigation system mod 3 or 4 weeks ago, and haven't had any kind of a confirmation at all. :?:

I bought an XM kit from them about 1 1/2 weeks ago. they responded quickly and shipped quickly.

I sent them an email last week about an overdue order and got a prompt response and the package is on the way. The Nav and the View are not there as far as I can tell so that may be part of the problem. I get the impression they are a very small family operation that are suffering from growing pains. Every contact I have had suggests they are really trying and care about the customers. Support them through this. Those of you who have business experience, well you might help them. We need these folks. Who else is helping us make this car "all it can be"

I've sent an e-mail regarding shipping on the 19th. Haven't heard from then yet. Do you guys suggest I wait or resend the letter?

i would try another e-mail. the least you should get is confirmation that they have received your request.

if that doesnt elicit a response in 3 days time, i would give them a call

I understand that they may be a small operation and I would like to support them how I can. I just wanted to make sure they hadn't closed their doors or stopped manufacturing their cool stuff. That viewtech is pivotal to my interior upgrades!

I just sent off an email inquery on my order, and received an email confirmation within an hour that they do indeed have my order.
